Peninsula: Spain and Portugal

For orders to the Spanish mainland over €50 and to the Portuguese mainland over €100, shipping is free with a weight limit of 15kg. The weight limit is higher for hundreds of products. If the order has shipping costs, you will always see the details before making the payment.

Conditions

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products have a longer delivery time; this time will be reflected on each product. Returns are not accepted for made-to-order products. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the only option is to exchange an identical product for another product within the first 14 days. After these 14 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly to exercise the warranty.

Stock Outs

We work with the leading brands in the sector; however, stockouts occasionally occur, so product availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified within a maximum of 24 hours. They may choose to wait for the estimated delivery date or receive a refund. The customer may also request cancellation of the order, provided they notify us within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the email informing them of the lack of availability.

In no case can Whole Green be held responsible for any delays, as some products are subject to third-party intervention.

Other points to keep in mind

On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, orders will not be shipped or delivered.

Courier companies do not accept packages over 40kg, or whose combined height, width, and length exceed 3m. Therefore, products exceeding this weight or volume will be shipped on mini-pallets with curbside delivery. Unfortunately, there is no other option.

Biological control products are ALWAYS subject to pre-order and pre-paid shipping. As these are living organisms, they must be ordered from the manufacturer at the time of purchase. If your order is for in-store pickup, once we receive the product, we will call you to arrange for you to pick it up. Please note that these are living organisms, and it is not recommended to store them for more than 24 hours; therefore, it is recommended to stop by the store to pick them up as soon as possible. Under no circumstances will refunds be made for biological control products.

We work with several shipping companies, such as Nacex, Correos Express, DHL, UPS, GLS, Ontime, Palibex, and Correos. We reserve the right to choose the carrier based on the type of shipment, products, and destination.

Once the order leaves our facilities, the shipping company is responsible for any incidents, including breakage, package issues, delays, etc.

If you ordered light bulbs, please check that they are in perfect condition upon receipt. If they are broken, you must record this at the time of delivery.

In the event of any breakage or defect caused during transport, please note it on the delivery note and/or contact us within 24 hours. After this time, the transport insurance will not cover the claim. Therefore, we urge you to check the products you received and contact us within 24 hours of any incident.

You will receive an email when the order leaves our facilities; however, you can check the status of your order at any time in your customer area.

If the delivery deadline cannot be met, Whole Green S.L. will notify the customer, informing them of the reason for the delay and possible alternative solutions.

Whole Green S.L. assumes no responsibility for delays caused by customs services in the countries where the goods are received or circulated.

Whole Green S.L. will not be held responsible under any circumstances for shipments confiscated by Customs or similar entities. Contact the agencies in your country for further information.
