· We do not ship outside of Spain or to the Canary Islands.
· The order will be shipped, once payment is received, within a period of 24 to 72 hours.
· We work with the main brands offered in our store, however sometimes stockouts occur, so Whole Green cannot guarantee the availability of products at all times. Under no circumstances can Whole Green be blamed for any delay, since some products are subject to third-party intervention.
· In the event that there is a delay in the delivery of any product, the customer will be notified within a maximum period of 24 hours, with the customer having the right to request a refund of the amount paid for it. If the expected delivery of said product is greater than 10 days, the customer may request the cancellation of the order, and will be paid the full amount thereof, as long as they request the cancellation within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the email in who is informed of said delay.
· We do not send biological control products, you can only pick them up in store. These products are ALWAYS upon request and upon payment. As they are living beings, they must be requested from the manufacturer at the time of purchase, therefore the delivery time is longer than other products. You can only place the order by phone or in store, in the case of a telephone order you can make the payment by transfer or by Paypal (we will send you the payment link by email).
