Prices and taxes

Transport
Transportation Home Delivery:
· Spain and Mainland Portugal: The delivery time is 24h / 48h except holidays.
· Balearic Islands and Andorra: The delivery time is 24h / 72h except holidays.
· Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: The delivery time is 48h / 96h except holidays, without taking into account possible delays generated at customs.
· Community Europe: The delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days.

Shipping
Peninsula: Spain and Portugal
For orders to Spain Peninsula that exceed €50 and Portugal Peninsula that exceed €100, shipping costs are free with a weight limit of 15kg; In hundreds of products the weight limit is extended to 60kg, if the order involves shipping costs you will always see them detailed before making payment.
Balearic Islands and Andorra
Shipments to the Balearic Islands and Andorra are limited to 50kg in weight (real or volumetric). Products with same-day shipping
Products with this indication will be sent the same day with 24-hour delivery for orders placed on business days until 12:30 p.m. (except for possible incidents in transportation unrelated to Whole Green) ; Orders placed after this time, on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Products on request
Products with this indication have a longer delivery time, this time will be reflected on each product. Returns are not accepted for made-to-order products. In the event of a factory defect, an exchange for another identical product will only be accepted during the first 14 days. After those 14 days you must contact the manufacturer directly to make use of the warranty.
Stock outages
We work with the main brands in the sector, however sometimes stock outages occur, so product availability is not guaranteed at all times.
In the event that a product is not available, the customer will be notified within a maximum period of 24 hours, and may choose between waiting for the estimated delivery date or for a refund of the amount paid for said product; The customer may also request the cancellation of the order, as long as they communicate it within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the email in which they are informed of the lack of availability.
Under no circumstances can Whole Green be blamed for any delay, since some products are subject to third-party intervention.
Other points to take into account
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
We do not send biological control products, you can only order them with in-store pickup. These products are ALWAYS made to order and upon payment. As they are living beings, they must be requested from the manufacturer at the time of purchase, therefore the delivery time is longer than other products. Once we receive the product we will call you by phone so you can pick it up; Keep in mind that they are living beings and it is not recommended to store them for more than 24 hours, therefore it is recommended to stop by the store to pick them up quickly. Under no circumstances will money be refunded on biological control products.
We work with several transport companies, such as Nacex, Correos Express, DHL, UPS, GLS and Correos. We reserve the right to choose the carrier, depending on the type of shipment, products and destination.
Once the order leaves our facilities, the transport company becomes responsible for any incident, whether breakage, incidents with packages, delays, etc...
If you have ordered light bulbs, check that they are in perfect condition at the time of receipt; if they are broken, you must leave a record at the time of delivery.
In the event of any breakage or defect caused by transport, it must be recorded on the delivery note and/or contact us within 24 hours. Outside of this period, the transport insurance will not be responsible for the claim, so we urge you to review the products received and contact us in case of any incident in less than 24 hours.
You will receive an email when the order leaves our facilities, however, you can check the status of your order at any time in your customer area.
Returns
In the event of an error, you have a period of 72 hours from receipt of the order to make the relevant claims by sending an email to orders@wholegreen.es.
Once this period has ended we will understand that the receipt of the merchandise has been satisfactory.
You can return the products within 14 business days of receiving the order by sending an email to orders@wholegreen.es or, if you prefer, through your customer area. In 24 hours (business days) you will receive instructions to make it effective. This is the most practical system.
Remember that you must accompany your return with a copy of the purchase delivery note, or a simplified invoice (you can download both documents in your customer area).
In the case of international shipments, the order tracking number assigned by the transport company must also be indicated.
Second claims will not be accepted.
Claims will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this time you will have to contact the manufacturer directly.
Returns of products made to order (indicated as such on this WEBSITE) will not be accepted; of products that can be reproduced or copied immediately (books, CDs, etc.); light bulbs; biological control products; products that once purchased have been discontinued.
Once the products are received, they will be reviewed and if everything is correct Whole Green SL will issue a refund for the amount paid by the customer, through the same payment method that was used when placing the order, within a period of 7 business days.
Guarantee
Products of a durable nature that are not likely to expire have the guarantee established by law. This guarantee is always the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Whole Green SL will be responsible for shipping the defective product to the manufacturer during the first 14 days. After this time, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer's technical service directly.
For those products that include an expiration date or a best-before date, the guarantee will be until the indicated date, with a maximum of 2 years from the day of purchase.
This guarantee applies as long as the product is used under the normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturers. Whole Green SL is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to property unrelated to the product, loss of profit or loss of profits, damages arising from of a deterioration.
The products are out of warranty for the following reasons:
- If they have received, once delivered to the customer, any deterioration due to external events, accidents, poor follow-up of instructions or change in electrical voltages.
- Products modified or repaired by the Customer are also excluded.
In order to manage the incident, it is necessary that you inform us by email at ventas@wholegreen.es indicating: the reason for the incident, the order number, the delivery note or invoice and photos of the damaged or erroneous product to allow us to evaluate it. of your case. After this, we will contact you as soon as possible to indicate the best way to proceed to correct the situation.
To apply the guarantee, an appraisal of the product by the manufacturer will be necessary to verify that the failure is of origin and not due to misuse.
If the replacement of the product is necessary, it will not extend the warranty, but will assume the same terms as the first product delivered.
Applicable law, jurisdiction and online dispute resolution
These general conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Spanish State.
Whole Green SL and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of Fuenlabrada (Madrid, Spain) for any controversy that may arise from the provision of the services subject to these general conditions. and the particular conditions defined in the “Payment System” section of this WEBSITE.
