Fully submersible heater for the nutrient solution tank water, with adjustable temperature.
In winter, and especially in cold areas, the water in the tank can reach extremely cold temperatures for plants.
When we water with this cold water, we cause significant stress to the plant, slowing its metabolism.
The ideal temperature in a tank should be between 18 and 24°C.
A lower temperature would cause stress and slow growth, and a higher temperature than recommended would cause problems with oxygen deficiency in the nutrient solution and, in extreme cases, pathogen infection.
Unplug the heater 15 minutes before changing the nutrient solution for longer equipment life.
