⚠️ Legal Notice on the Sale of Air Conditioning Units in Spain

In compliance with Royal Decree 115/2017, of February 17, we inform our customers that:

Air conditioning units containing fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gases) with shipping within Spanish territory may only be purchased if they are to be installed by a certified installation company.

This regulation only applies to shipments to Spain; it is not required for international shipments.

What does the customer need to do?

1. Before shipment: The customer must sign and send us an Installation Commitment confirming that the installation will be carried out by a certified company.

2. After installation: The customer must provide us with the corresponding Installation Certificate, issued by the same certified company.

Important:

• We will not ship the unit without the signed Installation Commitment.

• The customer has a maximum period of 1 year from the date of purchase to submit the Installation Certificate.

• If the certificate is not received within the legal time frame, we will be obliged to report the non-compliance to the relevant authorities, as required by law.

These measures aim to ensure the safe handling of fluorinated gases, protect the environment, and guarantee legal compliance during the installation process.
