TumiGlow Starter Kit

The TUMIGlow™ Starter Kit is a professional in-house diagnostic platform designed to detect Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd) directly within production facilities, eliminating the need for laboratory shipping and enabling routine, on-site screening.

Built on RT-LAMP technology (reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification), the system delivers high sensitivity, strong specificity and fully traceable results, minimizing false positives and negatives through device-assisted analysis and dedicated software.

HLVd is an RNA viroid with high mechanical transmission potential via tools, gloves and surfaces. Early stages may remain asymptomatic, making regular screening essential to protect mother plants, preserve genetics and avoid losses in vigor, uniformity, quality and yield.
